What school best offers an MA in Economics

What school best offers an MA in Economics?
I am a graduating student of AB Economics in Saint Louis University in Northern Philippines and I want to further my studies in the same discipline. As much as possible I would like to study abroad so that I could take a grasp of better and newer approaches in economics (i.e. Post-Autistic Economics) which I have not encountered from any academic forum and discussion in the Philippines yet. It's like, we're still much focused on the neo-liberal approach here. I think it's not what Third World economies like the Philippines needs to progress. So if you could possibly give me some helpful information, I'd appreciate it.

Well i'm slightly confused about your question but i wuld reccomend the European business School in London whichis part of Regent's college and is the biggest business school in the u.k. the course is specific in international business where 100% of its students get work placements after 6 months of graduating. Sorry if i have been of no significant help.
