I know that Masters in Arts (MA) is degree offered after completion of any master program in arts like social sciences, languages and every subject that is, so far, not declared natural science. But I have always wondered why do some universities offer MSc degree in a certain subject, like Economics, whereas, other is offering MSC in the same?

M.Sc degrees in economics are incredibly math intensive and are designed to prepare students for the rigors of doctoral research.
